That is a lot of cheese to choose from. There aren't many kinds I don't like... I like cream cheese (especially when it's part of cheese cake!), cottage chesse for a snack, old cheddar on about anything, garlic or smoked Gouda for a treat. I'm not picking...but I might run out and buy some cheese...
